Myofascial Release (MFR)
The fascial system is a giant spiderweb that runs through our entire body from our head to our toes and each cell. Your fascial system can become restricted and cause pain from injuries, stress, overuse, trauma, emotional trauma, etc. MFR therapy focuses on treating this fascia and restrictions in the body, and this technique is often covered by health insurance.

Dry needling is a treatment performed by skilled, trained physical therapists certified in the procedure. A thin monofilament needle penetrates the skin and treats underlying muscular trigger points for the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments. Dry needling can also be used for scar reduction and scar management. Dry needling is not covered by health insurance.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which special cups are applied to your skin with suction. The suction lifts the body tissues and causes an increased blood flow.
The increased blood flow can decrease pain, relieve muscle tension, promote cellular repair, and initiate the inflammatory response to heal tissue.
All insurance plans do not cover this technique. Please check with your insurance company before your first visit. If your insurance does not cover it, it can be billed as a fee for service.
Kinesio-Taping
Kinesio-taping uses elastic cotton tape to treat pain, swelling, and scar tissue.
Kinesio-taping can also improve muscle contractions, improve healing, enhance nerve receptors, support muscles and joints, and improve posture. Each session is catered to what you need, and the duration of the session and cost will vary depending on your individual needs.
Symphony Of Cells
